Bicycle helmet laws
You know what bothers me about the current bicycle helmet laws in Dallas? How inconsistent it is.
Because I have taken a motorcycle training course and received an “M” class rating on my driver’s license, I can choose to wear a helmet while riding a motorcycle. But when I ride my non-motorized bicycle, I am required to wear a helmet.
This makes no sense to me.
